Oh, this is classic "$$$ vs. common sense", and something that fitness professionals have been trying to tell people for years. Don't DRINK your calories! In this instance, the article is specifically about kids, and you may be surprised at the potentially negative effect that good ol' fruit juice is having on our youth. Check out this quote from the article:

Greetings and Felicitations from the fine management folks here at Fitness Destinations!
