Thursday Health Tip

Did you know that if you take in the exact same number of calories, but you spread them out over 5 small meals instead of 3 big ones, that you will start to lose weight because of the affect this has on your metabolism?

Author's Note: Coffee does NOT count as breakfast, a "meal" will never include the term "drive thru", and a Screwdriver made with Vodka and Orange Juice does not - unfortunately - count as an appropriate serving of fruit! :)
